Let Long Beach’s founding first lady, Mrs. Margaret Bixby, take you on a nostalgic holiday journey, away from the troubles of this 2020 Christmas, to a simpler time filled with joy and music. Highlighting past performances at First Church. Get the Christmas spirit listening to:

First Congregational Church Choir with a beautiful new Christmas Cantata, music by Composer in Residence: Curtis Heard and lyrics by Poet in Residence: Tina Datsko de Sanchez;

Proceeds benefit the restoration of the First Congregational Church of Long Beach building which is over 100 years old. Phase one of the restoration, the refurbishment of the East Facade Rose Window is complete. The window will be formally revealed during the show.
